1. Seller is not responsible for product that has been delayed in shipment. All claims must be filed with the carrier if delay, frozen or
overheated. All other claims to Seller must be made via phone within twenty-four (24) hours of product arrival.
2. Returned checks are subject to $30.00 service charge. Returned checks and service charges may be electronically debited.
3. Finance charges of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) will be added to all invoices past due 30 days.
4. Returns after 7 days of purchase are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Seasonal Items, Special Order Items and Clearance Items are non-returnable.
